Introducing the premier modernized chillum-style glass and metal pipe in the industry: The Pyptek Nano. This singular design combines the discrete portability of a traditional glass one-hitter with the unparalleled strength and durability of PYPTEK’s full collection. The borosilicate glass pipe inserts into the anodized 6061 T-6 aircraft-grade aluminum (not your average soda can aluminum). The grip of this solid metal exoskeleton is held together with shock-absorbing rubber o-rings. Available in six rich anodized colors (black, gunmetal, blue, green, red, purple), the PYPTEK Nano sets a new standard for style and utility.

The Nano like all of our PYPTEK pipes features an all glass smoking experience, it breaks down so it’s easy to clean. Its compact design has a comfortable grip.

PYPTEK was born and bred in Colorado. Each of our pieces are individually machined from aircraft grade aluminum and all glass is custom borosilicate, blown by hand. From start to finish, PYPTEK products are made in the USA.

Product comes fully assembled. All products exoskeletons are anodized 6061 T-6 aircraft-grade aluminum surrounding a replaceable borosilicate glass tube protected by shock-absorbing rubber gaskets. Each pipe includes Pyptek’s signature Save-a-Bowl rubber band, the perfect accessory to cover your bowl, to take your hit on the road.

Returns Policy

Our return/exchange policy is as follows:

* You have 20 days to return merchandise for a full refund and 30 days to exchange. Please Note: 20 days begins from the date of your invoice (receipt). Your receipt is your packing slip, so you need to keep it in case you might need it. We have added 5 days to our normal in store policy to account for the days spent in shipping. We must receive your request for a return or exchange by the 20th or 30th day in order for it to be accepted.

Here is what you will need to do:

* E-mail us at shop@sunshinedaydream.com, or call us at 314-849-4454 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you do not reach us, please leave a detailed message with your name, contact information, and what your message is regarding. (Please be patient. Right now we are a small organization, and we will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours).

* Please send back the merchandise with a copy of your receipt (packing slip) as well as a note, explaining the reason for your return or exchange and include your RMA number on it. Also, please write the RMA number that you were given on the outside of the box you are sending back.

* Packages being returned must be prepaid. SunshineDaydream.com does not accept C.O.D. packages.

* You can return your package using your preferred carrier.

* When the package is received, please allow 1-3 business days for your merchandise to be exchanged and re-shipped or for a refund on the original credit card used to be credited. (After a credit card has been credited, it can take up to 5-10 business days for it to appear on your account.)

* The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance if you choose. The shipping costs are not refundable except in an instance of you receiving incorrect or defective merchandise. Please Note: SunshineDaydream.com inspects our merchandise thoroughly for defects before shipping. We reserve the right to deny a return upon receipt of the merchandise if we feel, (in any way) that the merchandise has been worn, damaged or tampered with by the consumer. All orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee for returns. Because of this, we request that if you receive merchandise that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days upon receipt, before use, in order for us to serve you best.

Sunshine Daydream is proud to now offer a free shipping option for all USA orders over $99. Sunshine Daydream ships all orders via the United States Postal Service or UPS. Free Shipping applies to 48 contiguous states only. Orders will be processed with the cheapest shipping option with delivery times ranging from 3-16 business days. Expedited services such as 1-3 day and overnight shipping are also available for an additional charge. Shipping times are estimated by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed through Sunshine Daydream.

MINIMUM ORDER

To be able to offer Free Shipping on orders to the 48 contiguous states, Sunshine Daydream requires a minimum purchase of $99 per order. You may still complete a purchase for less than the minimum order amount; however, you will be required to pay shipping charges.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Due to local laws or carrier restrictions, some products may not be able to ship to your country, state, city or county. The following products cannot be shipped to the listed regions.

Some of our products require delivery with an adult signature by law. We do not charge for this but must be included to verify age upon delivery.

We value your privacy and work hard to guarantee that 100% of your information is safe with us. One part of that process includes discreet shipping and billing. When you order from us there is no need to worry about anyone knowing what is inside your package. Each order is packaged in a plain brown or white box with no store or product information listed. To protect this even further our return address on your shipping label will read "Sunshine Daydream". We promise that no mention of products inside will be displayed on your package.

We do not ship international shipments.

All purchases made from our site will appear on your statements as "Sunshine Daydream " however there will be no mention of "smoke shop" or anything similar to protect your privacy. Product names will NOT be listed on your statements, just the order total, date, and "Sunshine Daydream ". SHIPPING CARRIER: UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) & UPS :

Sunshine Daydream is proud to ship our packages using the United States Postal Service (USPS) & UPS. We have found these carriers to be the most cost effective solution for our customers. We currently offer economy and expedited shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Shipping rates and estimated times are received from the shipping carrier and automatically calculated during checkout based on the geographic location of the recipient and the size/weight of the shipment. Adult signature may be required upon delivery.

SHIPMENT TRACKING & INSURANCE:

USPS Priority Mail and UPS services offer full tracking capabilities, which includes updates once a package is shipped, reaches a shipping hub and once the item is delivered. USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class Mail) also includes tracking but is limited to when the package is shipped and when it is delivered. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is fulfilled.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update after shipment confirmation is received.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE: SHIPMENT TIME:

We do our very best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 12:00 PM CT on Monday - Friday are normally shipped the same day. Normal shipping days are Monday - Friday only and do not include national holidays. Any orders received after 12:00 PM CT on Friday are shipped first thing Monday morning. This schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as sales events, holidays and inclement weather. Estimated shipping times provided by the carrier at checkout refer to the number of days to receive your package after the shipment has been picked up from our stores and warehouse in Missouri.

DELIVERY TIME:

Packages shipped domestically via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground are typically delivered within 2-3 business days. Although Ground Advantage (formerly First Class Mail) offers a more economical shipping solution, delivery times can be considerably longer than Priority Mail, UPS. Packages shipped domestically via USPS Ground Advantage mail are typically delivered in 2-9 days depending on the distance from our distribution center in Missouri (not including Hawaii and Alaska). These times are estimated by the United States Postal Service and are not guaranteed through Sunshine Daydream. Shipments delivered outside the estimated delivery date are not the responsibility of Sunshine Daydream and will not be refunded. Estimated shipping times may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as sales events and holidays.

NOTE: Products sold by third parties may have their own shipping policies and will vary from times estimated by Sunshine Daydream at checkout.

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS:

There are several reasons a package could be returned to our warehouse as undeliverable to address. These reasons may include items that are too big for the PO box, incorrect address, incorrect address format, failed delivery attempts, damaged during transit, other transportation problems, unable to export or other address problems.

When packages are returned as undeliverable you will be contacted via email and provided with a full refund less shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

Orders that are returned to Sunshine Daydreamas undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.

If you suspect your package is undeliverable you will need to wait until the package is received back to our warehouse to receive a refund. However, you are welcome to place a new order in the meantime and your original order will be refunded as soon as it is returned.

RISK OF LOSS:

All items purchased from Sunshine Daydream are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received your package you will need to contact your local carrier's branch to resolve the issue.

PICK UP & DELIVERY PICK UP:

Sunshine Daydream offers a free pickup option for our local customers at checkout. If selected, you will receive an email with pickup instructions within 1 hour when your order is ready to be picked up at one of our stores.
